What sort of material is your jewelry made from?

All of our products are made with wood, acrylic, and metals of the highest quality for the price to keep costs low. From findings to paints, check the product pages of each of our accessories, home goods, and stationeries for specific material details and dimensions.

How do you paint my jewelry?

Each one of our pieces is painted with an airbrush or by hand with a traditional paintbrush. We then use a sealer to ensure a lasting quality. This allows us to create and preserve intricate designs that you’ll love as much as we do!

How do I take care of my jewelry?

While each material is different, it's best to avoid cleaners with alcohol as it can damage certain types of acrylic. Instead, we recommend simply using a bit of water and a soft cloth.

Additionally, we recommend removing jewelry before showering, swimming, or sleeping.

Shipping

When will my order ship?

All orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days from our desert workshop headquarters.

I'm international, can I still order from you?

As we expand the store, we are looking to add international locations over time. We'll announce them on social media as soon as they're available.

If you live in an area outside of where we ship then feel free to drop us a line at our Contact page, and we'll see if we can accommodate. Thank you for your patience regarding this matter!

Refund & Returns

Do you accept returns?

Due to the personal nature of our accessories, and the fact that all of our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges at this time.

Our products are inspected thoroughly throughout their creation and before shipment (including a last-minute check from our familiars!). However, if you have received a defective product, please contact us with your order number and a photo of your product so we can talk about options to make it right. Inquiries will be handled on a case-by-case basis so we can make all of our customers happy.

We firmly believe in giving all of our customers the respect and fairness that we want to be given in turn.

Do you allow exchanges?

Due to the health concerns regarding earrings, we are unable to do exchanges on jewelry.

However, for clothing items, we accept exchanges within 7 business days of your notified delivery date. Exchanges are only accepted for unworn, non-damaged apparel. If the item we receive is damaged, we will not be able to process your exchange as requested. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange.
