Refund Policy

Due to our products being made to order, we do not accept returns.

However, if you feel you have received a defective product, please shoot us a message on our Contact page with your order # and a photo of the product in question to open up a conversation on how we can make this right.

Inquiries are handled on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal to make our customers happy. We aim to inspect each handmade item three to four times (and sometimes our familiars even double check as well!) before they're ready to ship to you. We believe when treating our customers evenly and respectfully that they are fair and polite with us.
